We offer a range of installation packages from “supply only” to a full Installation Service through our team of engineers, including the delivery and installation of the product as well as a comprehensive product induction. Please note where applicable that it is the customers responsibility to have an electrical point installed prior to delivery, e.g. a 13amp outdoor socket for lights, a television or other mod cons you wish to install in your garden building. Should you have any questions about this or require our assistance then our team will of course be happy to help.
For peace of mind, all our hot tubs and gazebos are not only of the highest quality but also come with comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty so that in the unlikely event of a fault occurring you can be assured that we have got you covered.

Manufactured from Western Red Cedar with a choice of roofing materials such as synthetic slate, Blue Label Red Cedar shingles or thatch.

The Stillington
These beautifully created buildings are built to your exacting requirements. A host of options such as canvas window blinds, heating, LED lighting, and a side bar with stools are the most common accessories. The Stillington also makes a great outdoor eating area or drinks area which can be used all year round. All our wooden gazebos come with a 3 year guarantee.
Optional extras include heaters, sky lights to gaze at the stars, solid wall infills for added privacy or screening, slate grey synthetic roof shingles, cedar shingles or thatch, posing tables, bar stools and weather proof fabric blinds and stool cushions in a choice of colours. Delivery
Once you have placed your order for your new hot tub or garden building we will offer you a delivery date based on stock availability, lead times and of course your personal requirements.
On delivery our friendly technicians will set up your new product for you on site and our customer service team will then give you a socially distanced product induction over the phone.
Returns & Cancellations
Your garden building will be built specifically for you. It is therefore not possible for you to cancel your order once it has been placed and we are unable to accept returns.
